Pastor Santos and his wife Linda are the founders of New Hope Manchester Ministry. They came from Brazil  in 2006 to plant churches. They have two children, Gabriela and Rafael.

As a pioneer they faced many struggles but fortunately today, after so many years of hard work, the ministry has spread out to other parts of Northern England such and York and Barnsley. 

One of Pastor Santos' natural gifts is to inspire the whole ministry with his passion and commitment.

Pastor Roger, alongside his dedicated wife Roxana Vaca, embarked on a transformative journey from Bolivia to join forces with our ministry dedicated to the Spanish-speaking community. Their passionate commitment and resounding calling for church growth have proven to be invaluable assets to our collective mission.

What sets Pastor Roger and Roxana apart is not just their geographic origin, but their remarkable ability to weave a tapestry of unity among the diverse cultures within our Spanish ministry. They possess a unique gift for fostering connections and understanding among individuals hailing from various Latin American countries.

In our community, we are now blessed to have representatives from a multitude of nations, including Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Panama, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and many more. Pastor Roger and Roxana have played a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere where the richness of each culture is celebrated and embraced.

Their leadership goes beyond the pulpit; it extends to the intricate task of nurturing an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. The diverse backgrounds they bring together not only enhance our cultural awareness but also strengthen the bonds that form the foundation of our shared faith.
